Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PayoutDash, operated by DanonLabs. By creating an account or using any part of our service, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with anything here, please do not use PayoutDash.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use PayoutDash. By signing up, you confirm that you are 13 or older. If you are using PayoutDash on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We support Google OAuth for authentication — keep your Google account secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your PayoutDash account, contact us immediately at support@payoutdash.com.

One account per person or business. Creating multiple accounts to bypass plan limits or abuse the free tier is prohibited.

3. Free Trial

New accounts receive 14 days of full Pro access at no charge — no credit card required to start. At the end of the trial period, your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan unless you purchase a subscription. The free trial is available once per person or business. Creating new accounts to extend trial access is a violation of these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use PayoutDash for any illegal purpose
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code
  • Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-export data beyond your plan limits
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users's accounts
  • Violate the terms of service of any connected payment platform (Stripe, PayPal, Paddle, Payoneer)
  • Share your account credentials with others or resell access
  • Use disposable or fraudulent email addresses to create accounts

5. Payment Platform Integrations

When you connect a payment platform, you grant PayoutDash read-only access to your payment data through that platform's API. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect these accounts and that doing so complies with the terms of each platform. PayoutDash is not affiliated with Stripe, PayPal, Paddle, or Payoneer.

6. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions (Pro and Enterprise) are billed through Paddle, our payment processor.

  • Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month. Cancel at any time and retain access through the end of your billing period.
  • Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year. You may cancel to prevent renewal.
  • Prices are shown in USD. Paddle may display local currency equivalents at checkout.
  • If a payment fails, we retry 3 times over 9 days. After 3 failed attempts, your account downgrades to Free.

7. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Data Export and Portability

You own your data. You can export your transaction history and account data at any time from the Export page (CSV free, PDF and Excel on Pro). You can also download all personal data from Settings. Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently removed within 24 hours.

9. Intellectual Property

PayoutDash and all its components are owned by PayoutDash (operated by DanonLabs). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your own business purposes.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination for cause, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

PayoutDash is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. Financial data displayed in PayoutDash should not be treated as financial advice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayoutDash (operated by DanonLabs) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction where the dispute arises.
