About PayoutDash

Why we built this

The idea came from a real problem. We were doing freelance work across multiple platforms — some clients paid via Stripe, others through PayPal, a few through Paddle or Payoneer. Every month, getting a clear picture of total revenue meant logging into four different dashboards, exporting four different CSV files, and manually combining them in a spreadsheet.

That's not a problem unique to us. Millions of freelancers, solo entrepreneurs, and small agencies deal with exactly this fragmentation every day. So we built the tool we wished existed.

What PayoutDash does

PayoutDash connects to your Stripe, PayPal, Paddle, and Payoneer accounts through read-only APIs and pulls everything into a single dashboard. You see your total revenue, transaction history, and payout status across all platforms in one place. You can analyze trends, compare platforms, set date ranges, and export data in professional international formats — CSV, PDF, or Excel — in seconds.

Our values

• Privacy first. Your API keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they ever touch our database. We access your payment data through read-only API scopes. We never read, sell, or share your financial information with anyone.
• No ads. Ever. PayoutDash is a premium product. Our revenue comes entirely from plan subscriptions. There are no ads, no tracking pixels, no hidden monetization.
• International by design. We built PayoutDash for a global audience from day one. Dates in ISO 8601, currencies in ISO 4217, seven languages, and export formats that work everywhere.
• Simple. One dashboard. Four platforms. Zero complexity. We believe tools should get out of your way and let you focus on your work.
• Your data is yours. You can export everything we hold, including your personal data under GDPR Article 20. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.

The platform

PayoutDash is built on Next.js 15 with server components, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. We use Neon for PostgreSQL hosting, Clerk for authentication, and Paddle for subscription billing. All infrastructure runs on Vercel's global edge network. We take security and uptime seriously — our target is 99.9% availability.
