Refund Policy

We stand behind PayoutDash. If it does not work for you, we want to make it right. Here is our refund policy, plain and simple.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with PayoutDash Pro or Enterprise, contact us within 30 days of your first payment and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. This applies to your first purchase of any paid plan.

Free Trial

New accounts get 14 days of full Pro access at no charge. No credit card is required during the trial. You are never charged automatically at the end of your trial.

Monthly Plans

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. You retain full access through the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused days on monthly plans after the first 30-day period.

Annual Plans

Annual plans are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase — this is covered by our satisfaction guarantee. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to prevent automatic renewal.

Annual plan downgrades to monthly are blocked until the current annual period expires.

Failed Payments and Downgrades

If a payment fails, Paddle retries automatically three times over 9 days. You will receive an email notification after each failed attempt. If all three retries fail, your account downgrades to the Free plan. Your data stays intact.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed through Paddle. Once approved, refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days. We process all refund requests within 2 business days of receiving them.

Exceptions

Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
