PayoutDash connects Stripe, PayPal, Paddle, and Payoneer. Free plan users can connect one platform. Pro and Enterprise users can connect all four simultaneously. More platforms are planned for future releases.
Go to Integrations in your dashboard, select a platform, and paste your API key or credentials. PayoutDash guides you through a three-step process: Connect → Syncing → Connected. Most platforms sync within a few minutes. We only request read-only access scopes.
Yes. Every API key you enter is encrypted using AES-256-GCM before being stored in our database. We never store keys in plaintext. The encryption key itself is stored separately as a server environment variable, so even a database compromise would not expose your keys. We also use read-only API scopes — PayoutDash cannot initiate charges or transfers.
Your free trial gives you full Pro access for 14 days — all four payment platforms, complete data history, CSV/PDF/Excel export, and advanced analytics. No credit card is required to start. After 14 days, your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan unless you upgrade. You'll get reminder emails at 7, 3, and 1 day before the trial ends.
The Free plan lets you connect one payment platform and view the last 30 days of data, with CSV export only. Pro unlocks all four platforms, your full data history, PDF and Excel export in international format (ISO 8601 dates, ISO 4217 currency codes), and advanced analytics. Enterprise adds team members, API access, and priority support.
CSV export is available on all plans. PDF and Excel exports are Pro and Enterprise features. All exports follow ISO standards: dates use YYYY-MM-DD format (ISO 8601), currencies use three-letter codes like USD and EUR (ISO 4217), and decimal separators follow international convention. Exports are generated on your device — we never store export files on our servers.
Yes. We recommend creating a Restricted Key in your Stripe Dashboard with read-only permissions on Balance, Charges, and Payouts. This way, even if your PayoutDash key were somehow compromised, it could not be used to move money. The same principle applies to PayPal, Paddle, and Payoneer — always use the minimum access your platform supports.
Subscriptions are processed securely by Paddle, our payment partner. You can pay monthly or annually (annual pricing saves about 20%). You can cancel at any time and keep access through the end of your current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.
If a payment fails, Paddle retries automatically three times over nine days. You'll receive an email notification each time. If all three retries fail, your account downgrades to the Free plan. Your data stays intact — you can re-subscribe at any time to restore Pro access.
Yes. We offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked. Please contact us at support@payoutdash.com to request a refund.
Go to Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete Account. All your personal data — profile, connected platforms, transaction history, and preferences — is permanently deleted from our systems within 24 hours. This action cannot be undone.
Absolutely. Go to Settings → Data & Privacy → Download My Data to export everything we hold about you in a machine-readable format. This is your right under GDPR Article 20 (data portability).
No. We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. PayoutDash is a premium SaaS product — our revenue comes from subscriptions, not data monetization.
Team features are available on the Enterprise plan. This includes multiple team members with role-based access, shared dashboards, and admin controls. Contact us at support@payoutdash.com for Enterprise pricing.
API access is an Enterprise feature. It lets you programmatically pull your unified payment data into your own tools and dashboards. Contact us for API documentation, rate limits, and pricing.
PayoutDash syncs your payment data on demand when you load the dashboard or trigger a manual refresh. Real-time webhooks are used where supported (Stripe and Paddle), so new transactions typically appear within seconds. PayPal and Payoneer sync on a polling basis — data is usually current within a few minutes. Historical data is fetched once when you first connect a platform.
Yes. PayoutDash supports all currencies using ISO 4217 three-letter codes — USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, KRW, AUD, CAD, and many more. Revenue totals are displayed in your platform's native currency. All exports use ISO 4217 currency codes and ISO 8601 date formatting so the data works in any spreadsheet or accounting tool regardless of region.
